UltraEdit for Mac General Discussion • Remember the Last Folder/Directory and Files

In UltraEdit for Mac (Version 2022.0.0.19) I can't get it to remember the last directory or files I was working on.
Also it is not remembering the directories I have in UltraEdit Preferences > Folders > Default Open Folder.
When I reopen the app, it's putting me on the Root directory of my hard disk instead.
