FTP/SFTP / SSH/Telnet • How to configure an SFTP connection with PEM file for UltraCompare/UltraEdit for Mac?

I need to connect to my server using a PEM file. What is the right way to create an UltraCompare/UltraEdit SFTP connection using this method.

I've tried a couple things and can't get it to connect.
