Configuration/INI Settings • Adding a new syntax highlighting file and color changing

I want to add a new syntax highlighting file in UltraEdit that's not in the list that pops up. How do I do that? Also, how do I change the color for highlighted items? I don't see that in the Advanced settings anymore. I'm on version 2023.1.0.23.
